| China Railway International Multimodel Transport Co., Ltd. (CRIMT) is a subsidiary of CRCTC (China Railway Container Transport Center,CRCTC), which was incorporated in 1996. CRIF is approved by MOFTEC and is registered by the National Industry & Commercial Administration Bureau.
In addition to CRIMT’s day to day activities, CRIMT has set up 2 Joint Ventures, Shanghai Tie Yang Multimodal Transportation Co.,Ltd(TMT) and Landzhou Logistics Co.,Ltd, which is respectively joint with Maersk Shipping Line Co. and Canadian Pacific Railway Corp. , as well as 17 branches, and 2 representative offices which extend throughout China and North America. These activities provide Ocean-rail through transportation, landbridge transportation, transborder transportation, and logistics. Also CRIF has set up a strong relationships with many ocean carriers and forwarding companies.
